unbearable noise

disappointing breakfast

absolutley charming location, ruined by the unbearable noise all night. breakfast was simply an afterthought, and when I asked for a kettle, they just laughed! I really expected a complimentary upgrade to compensate for my discomfort, but no such luck! all in all, just couldn’t bring myself to leave a better review. Disappointing, really.

The Vanilla Hotel is perfectly located near the historic old town, making it easy to explore. The spacious double room was clean, with a very comfortable bed and a daily supply of bottled water. We loved the central location, just steps away from local shops and vibrant attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our family's stay even more enjoyable. Our spacious room had a great ambiance and was clean, perfect for our young ones to roam around comfortably.

The noise from the nearby street festivities occasionally disrupted our children's sleep.

Great Amenities but Be Prepared for Noise

Pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and high-quality amenities offered. Staff were kind during our stay. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, although noisy street activity affected our sleep. Pro tip, consider a room facing away from the street if you're a light sleeper.

The staff was courteous and attentive during my stay. My room was clean with a spacious bed that made for a comfortable experience. I appreciated the daily replenishment of bottled water, which added a nice touch to my accommodations.

The noise from the nearby street festivities could be quite disruptive at times.
